Brad brings more than 40 years of experience in long-term care finance and operations, beginning in a family-owned skilled nursing group and rising through executive roles at organizations of every size — Controller, Regional Finance Director, SVP of Operations Finance, and Chief Accounting Officer.

He has led major upgrades to accounting systems and financial infrastructure, supporting growth from a handful of facilities to more than 100 across multiple states.

Nothing gives Paula greater satisfaction than seeing nursing facilities successful in Accounts Receivable collections. Paula has over 25 years of experience in skilled nursing accounts receivable management, responsible for leading and training team members in effective practices to maximize collections.

Paula has worked with teams to implement new AR and clinical software as well as new claim clearinghouses for more timely reimbursement, and has had considerable success establishing and improving procedures, improving and maintaining better DSO, and lowering bad debt.

With more than 30 years of experience in skilled nursing, Sharon specializes in clinical reimbursement, MDS, PDPM, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement. She works closely with long-term care providers to optimize reimbursement, strengthen documentation, and improve Quality Measures while maintaining compliance with evolving regulations.

She provides customized training, clinical audits, and operational support that help organizations improve financial performance and deliver exceptional resident care.

Jana Bowman is a seasoned revenue cycle professional with more than 18 years of experience managing accounts receivable for skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and physician practices. She specializes in Medicare and Medicaid billing, managed care reimbursement, denial resolution, and complex A/R recovery strategies.

Known for delivering measurable financial results while significantly decreasing aging receivables across multiple payer types, her commitment to integrity and collaborative client service makes her a trusted partner.
